Blueline Design is a 2nd generation family-owned business started in South Seattle in 1998. It’s currently owned and operated by lead designer, Jonita Bernstein. Jonita studied art and design at The Evergreen State College, and honed her graphic design skills on the fast-paced copy desk of The Wenatchee World newspaper where she produced feature-page layouts, maps and infographics. Jonita is skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Today, Blueline Design is perhaps best known for branding many of South Seattle’s favorite businesses, such as Ark Lodge Cinemas, Rookies Sports Bar & Grill, Tin Umbrella Coffee and Rocket Crossfit, to name a few. The heart of Blueline Design lies within the not-for-profit sector. For the last five years we have been guiding foundations to optimize their branding with two key objectives in mind. The first is to create a recognizable identity that emotes the organization’s founding principles and vision. The second is to maintain the integrity of the brand throughout all collateral; always searching for opportunities to tell your story visually.
